Seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an IT Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our customers, ensuring their systems run smoothly and efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Windows Server, Exchange, Active Directory, and VMware, as well as experience with backup and DR solutions like StorageCraft. You will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide second and third-level support across various systems, including Windows Server, Exchange, VMware, and networking infrastructure.
* Collaborate on technical projects, manage backup and disaster recovery solutions, and work closely with customers to ensure their systems run smoothly.
* Proactive system maintenance, updating documentation, and working with third-party vendors.
Requirements:
* Solid hands-on experience in IT support and system administration.
* Extensive experience with Windows Server, 365, Active Directory, and Exchange.
* Hands-on experience with VMware and virtualisation technologies.
* Expertise in backup and DR solutions (e.g., StorageCraft).
* Knowledge of Citrix XenApp, VPN, and networking (routers, firewalls).
