Electrifying Future Transport
We are at the forefront of innovation in transport electrification and trailer manufacturing, pushing boundaries to drive efficiency, sustainability, and long-term value for our customers.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a passionate and hands-on Engineering Intern to join our team. As an intern, you will play a key role in the research and development of cutting-edge mechanical and electrical design tasks, focusing on heavy-duty trailer components.
You will be working on three exciting electric trailer projects, contributing to the integration of advanced systems such as batteries, electric axles, power distribution units, and more into both new and existing trailer platforms. This will involve designing and integrating batteries, electric axles, suspension, braking systems, and power distribution units, using CAD tools for mechanical and system design tasks. You will also research and source components locally and internationally, supporting R&D for upcoming electric trailer projects.
Your exposure will extend to Australian Design Rules (ADR) and other regulatory frameworks, production line work for stock crate manufacturing, project management, QA systems, and engineering communication and business systems.
