Job Title
We are seeking a diligent Financial Operations Specialist to oversee core financial activities and assume responsibility for payroll processing.
* Manage payroll processing for national and international teams
* Manage accounts payable and receivable
* Reconcile bank and credit card statements
* Maintain the general ledger and financial records
* Assist accountants with expense tracking and department budgets
* Collaborate with accountants for month-end and year-end close
* Evaluate compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in bookkeeping or finance roles
* Experience and strong knowledge in processing payroll within Australia and internationally
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and systems
* High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* Integrity, discretion, and a growth mindset
