Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in our Head Office based in Sydney's Hills District.
Start Date: mid January
Key Responsibilities
* Fleet management – registration, renewals, claims, fuel cards and e-toll account
* Management of company insurances
* Assist operations team with onboarding and management of internal and external applications and portals
* Assist HR with onboarding, document updates and inductions
* Meeting preparation, bookings and taking of minutes
* Document management
* Uniform and merchandise purchases and distribution
* Office purchases
* Events – team building activities, mid and end of year celebrations, BBQs
* Assist with LinkedIn content for outsourced provider
* Employee rewards and recognition program and client gifting
* Maintain office environment
* Ad-hoc requests for assistance from team members
Requirements
* At least 2 years experience in a similar role
* Experience using Microsoft 365 and macOS – intermediate level of Excel required
* Demonstrated problem-solving skills, initiative, and ability to work effectively in a cooperative, team-based environment
* Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new platforms
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Organised and motivated, with a can-do attitude
* A willingness to assist all departments and team members with ad-hoc requests
