Restaurant Manager Job Description
We are seeking an experienced cafe/restaurant manager to lead our team in a full-time role. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of our popular cafe and restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and financial performance.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading and motivating a team of hospitality professionals. They will also have strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
A key responsibility of the role will be to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and maintain a loyal customer base. The manager will also be responsible for managing staff scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting.
To succeed in this role, you will need:

* Formal qualification of at least diploma level
