Overview
We’re looking for a Production Manager to join our dedicated, high-performance team at Suddenly, a News Corp-owned content marketing agency.
This role will be working for a well known Australian retailer, responsible for the smooth, efficient management of production and will be integral in producing high-quality, audience-driven and digital-first video content that meets our clients’ marketing objectives.
You will collaborate closely with the Creative Content Director, Account Service Director, and Video Editors to ensure timely and efficient production of content.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage production schedules, workflows, traffic management, budgets, shoot schedules, and resources for multiple video projects simultaneously.
- Coordinate a wide range of resources/stakeholders to assist in the achievement of brief and production objectives.
- Knowledge and experience in the technical processes of video and photographic production, including organising both video and photo shoots.
- Be highly organised with the ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume workload.
- Establish and manage rigorous quality control processes across multiple teams.
- Create and own detailed production documentation to ensure teams are well-informed and organised.
- Strong communication to build relationships with multiple internal teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in a digital-first environment, accountability, and comfort working to tight deadlines.

- You have strong knowledge in creating and owning detailed production documentation to ensure teams are well-informed and organised.
- You’re a strong communicator with the ability to build solid relationships with multiple internal teams and stakeholders.
- You have experience in a digital-first environment, are accountable, and comfortable working to tight deadlines.
