Job Overview
We are seeking a Customs Broker Specialist to join our team in Adelaide or Melbourne.
* Prepare customs clearance declarations on behalf of clients for submission to the relevant authorities in compliance with national regulatory provisions and industry standards.
* Maintain accurate and timely data entry into operating systems, ensuring seamless tracking and reporting.
* Monitor customs clearances and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure prompt resolution of any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities
* Diploma of Customs Broking (in progress or completed) is highly regarded but not essential; however, full working rights in Australia are mandatory.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office is necessary for effective task management and communication.
* Strong compliance focus, passion for Customs and compliance, willingness to build a career with a stable organization, exceptional communication skills, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
