The Opportunity
Based in South Perth, WA, the Operations Manager plays a pivotal leadership role, overseeing teams and daily operations to ensure all work is executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest operational standards. Reporting directly to the Country Manager - Australia, you will have full accountability for service delivery and operational performance nationally. You'll use your operational expertise to drive performance, achieve business targets, and grow market share in alignment with our Country and Regional strategies. As a hands‑on leader, you will develop and execute clear action plans that lift performance and embed a culture of operational excellence, consistently exceeding the expectations of both internal and external stakeholders. Your expertise in Solids Control, Waste Management, and Disposal solutions will be the cornerstone of your success as you expand your knowledge in line with our technology-driven strategy—prioritizing innovation over commodity.
A key part of your success will be leading continuous improvement initiatives, establishing and tracking KPIs, driving operational efficiencies, and delivering accurate, insightful forecasts to the management team.
About You
You're a people‑centric Operations Manager with experience in waste management, logistics, or drilling environments. You're an organised, decisive leader with excellent time management skills and the ability to manage priorities and deadlines with confidence.
