We are seeking a Transport Administrator to join our growing team in Loganlea. This is a permanent, full-time position on the AM shift (8:00am – 4:06pm).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Transport team
- Accurately input and maintain data across systems and reports
- Check, reconcile, and file transport paperwork
- Assist customers with queries in a timely and professional manner
- Handle general office duties including phones, filing, and data entry
- Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and uphold company standards
- Assist in other areas of the business when required
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in transport or warehousing (preferred)
- Familiarity with TMS software (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to follow processes and adapt to changing workloads
