Step Into a Leadership Role That Inspires and Impacts!

Are you ready to turn your passion into purpose? Junior Adventures Group is on the hunt for vibrant and motivated Assistant Coordinators across Perth’s southern suburbs to help drive our fun, inclusive, and high-energy Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) programs!

You’ll play a key role in leading incredible Educators, shaping engaging experiences for primary-age children, and helping your service thrive — all while building your career in a supportive, rewarding environment.

These exciting part-time roles offer between 32–38 hours per week, giving you the perfect balance of flexibility, leadership, and impact. Whether you're crafting a cooking activity, launching a science experiment, or championing your team, this is your chance to lead with passion and purpose!

Let’s create brighter futures together — one day at a time! You'll work split shifts, supporting our Monday-Friday hours: 6:30am-9:00am (Rise then Shine) and 2:00pm-6:00pm (Stay and Play). Extra hours are also available during school holidays!

About the role

Get ready for an exciting opportunity to co-manage a dynamic team of Educators, where you’ll experience the perfect blend of support and leadership growth! You’ll lead a vibrant before and after-school program at a primary school, guiding children aged 5-12 through fun and enriching activities. With the backing of a dedicated state-specific office and the mentorship of regional managers who visit regularly, you’ll be empowered to shine in your role while developing your skills as a leader. It’s your chance to make a real impact while being part of a supportive, high-energy team!

* Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into!

* Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents

* Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management

* Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration

Who are we looking for?

We can teach you about the job and sector, but a few basics you need to have:

✔️ Enjoys working with children and making a positive impact 
✔️ Communicates clearly and confidently 
✔️ Works well in a team and aspires to grow into a leadership role 
✔️ Holds (or is willing to obtain) a National Police Check and a Working with Children check 
✔️ Has Australian work rights
✔️ Obtained or studying towards a relevant qualification to work with kids in OSHC per ACECQA
