Program Administrator
This role involves providing administrative support across multiple areas of a project, including direct assistance to the Senior Administrator, management of incentives programs, and coordination of events and meetings.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, coordinating schedules and deadlines, and ensuring timely communication with stakeholders. They will also assist with distributing information about program updates, policies, and procedures to relevant parties.
In addition, they will track incentive awards, ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational guidelines, and respond to participant inquiries and provide support regarding program rules and administrative processes.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. They will also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
