**Role**: Repair Technician (Seal Fitter)
**Shift**: Monday - Friday, 7am-4pm
**Work location**: Henderson, WA
**Skills required**:
- Experience in machining and fitting
- Ability to interpret technical drawings
- Good communication skills
- Report writing capabilities
**Certificate required**:
- Trade Certification with a minimum of 2 to 3 years' experience
**Job Description (including but not limited to)**:
- Documenting the condition of components.
- Use hand torches and liquid nitrogen when appropriate in the teardown process.
- Disassemble products to repair or replace defective materials or worn parts and make other repairs, as necessary.
- Inspect components and assemblies accurately and precisely, and clearly record the results of these inspections.
- Remove visible dirt, grit oil, grease, and other foreign matter from seal product parts, prior to assembly.
- Operate various precision measuring tools.
- Participate and adhere to the implementation and use of appropriate reporting and operating systems, manufacturing, and quality processes.
- Participate and report quality related problems. Report deviations, ensure creation of Non-Conformity Reports and execute corrective actions identified.
- Communicate professionally with production planners and customers to discuss the component and seal conditions
- Coordinate and interface with sales, operations, engineers, and customers as necessary.
- Experience as a rotating machinery mechanic.
- Must have personal set of mechanic's tools, micrometers, and roll-around toolbox.
- Must be able to work overtime hours including weekends and holidays.
