Job DescriptionAgilent is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Operations Support to perform a variety of duties within our manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will support critical areas including materials handling, production, testing, repair, and quality control to ensure the seamless operation of our manufacturing processes.Key Responsibilities:Perform physical and administrative tasks related to receiving, storing, and distributing materials, parts, supplies, and equipment.Assist with production activities such as assembling, filling, measuring, mixing, and testing in the manufacture of Agilent products.Conduct routine testing and repairs of assemblies and finished products; interpret test results and perform standard corrective actions.Perform quality inspections of raw materials, in-process items, and finished products to ensure compliance with Agilent's quality and reliability standards.Maintain accurate records and documentation related to manufacturing operations.Input and retrieve data from the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education or certifications a plus.1-3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment.Familiarity with ERP systems and standard manufacturing documentation practices.Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Previous experience in a regulated manufacturing environment is a plus.Basic mechanical or technical aptitude.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Strong computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.Additional DetailsThis job has a full time weekly schedule. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
