About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Finance Administrator to support the QCoal Northern Hub, located 7km from Collinsville (2.5 hours from Mackay). This is a MondayFriday role responsible for a wide range of administration and finance tasks on site.

Our client is a leading mining services provider delivering operational excellence across major resources projects. The QCoal Northern Hub is a high-performing operation offering strong team culture, modern facilities, and ongoing development opportunities.
What You Will Be Doing
* Processing fortnightly employee payroll
* Creating requisitions and managing accounts payable workflow
* Liaising with suppliers regarding procurement queries
* Processing stationery orders, consumables, purchase orders, uniforms, expense claims and card reconciliations
* Maintaining and updating site digital directories and forms
* Supporting the travel team with accommodation and flight bookings
* Preparing monthly accruals and assisting with end-of-month tasks
What You Will Need
* Strong administration experience, ideally within mining or similar industry
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Experience with JDE or similar procurement/finance system (advantageous)
* High attention to detail and strong written & verbal communication skills
* Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
* A positive attitude and ability to work well with diverse teams
