You'll be responsible for a broad range of tasks including managing office supplies and fleet coordination, handling general admin duties such as data entry, scanning, and call/email management, supporting meetings through secretariat duties, maintaining records and registers, assisting with financial reporting, and contributing to continuous improvement of systems and processes.

About us:
Central Queensland (CQ) Health's Workforce Division plays an integral role in the effective management of the people resources for our service. The Division takes the lead role in the attraction, retention, learning and development, performance, discipline, change management, safety and well-being, and engagement of our most important asset - "our people". The Workforce Division Unit comprises approximately 50 human resource practitioners who provide a high quality, client focused and value adding human resource service to management and staff throughout the Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service.
About the role:
The Administration Officer is a member of the Workforce Division team. The role is responsible for providing efficient, professional and confidential administration support to Workforce Division management and team members.
About you:
While not mandatory, a relevant qualification would be well regarded.
* Demonstrated high level interpersonal and communication skills, building relationships and keeping stakeholders informed while maintaining confidentiality.
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively, autonomously and within a team environment, contributing to meeting team priorities and deadlines.
* Ability to deliver effective and efficient administrative support utilising contemporary office equipment and personal computer (PC) based systems including the use of Microsoft Office application, S4HANA and UMS.
* High level administrative and organisational skills and ability to establish work priorities, meet deadlines, whilst remaining flexible to respond to changing need.
* Ability to work cooperatively and effectively within the team environment, building rapport and strong working relationships with team members, organisational staff, community, clients and customers.
What we offer:
Total monthly remuneration value of up to $8,138 p.m. is comprised of:
* An hourly rate between $ $43.16 p.h.
