Job Description
As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the face of our hotel, greeting and welcoming guests while ensuring seamless check-in and check-out experiences. You will be responsible for managing the switchboard, responding to guest queries, and processing various payment methods.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations and assigning rooms
* Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit
* Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns
* Coordinate with Housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for check-in
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong background in customer service or front office operations. Additionally, you should have experience working with Microsoft Office and knowledge of Opera PMS is highly regarded.
