A Global retail brand is seeking an experienced Technical Analyst to support their IT function.
**About the Role**
**This will include**:
- Liaising on a daily basis with internal and external stakeholders
- Desktop Support
- On/Off-boarding of staff
- Application Support
- Project co-ordination and delivery
- Budget Management
**About You**
- To be successful in this role, you will have:_
- 3+ years experience in a Senior IT Support role
- Previous experience working for or with an MSP
- Basic understanding of networking
- Supported Microsoft technologies
- Excellent communication skills
