We are seeking a hands-on, senior HR Change Project Manager to lead the operational delivery of a major organisational restructure within a high-profile NSW Government cultural institution. This is a rare opportunity to work closely with executive leadership and drive impactful business change aligned with government policy and strategy.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a comprehensive change management plan in support of the reorganisation, working closely with the CEO.
* Translate strategic decisions into operational action, ensuring business continuity.
* Embed new structures, roles, and reporting lines in line with change management policies.
* Provide expert advice on change impacts, workforce transition, and communication strategies.
* Monitor and report on progress, risks, and outcomes.
Requirements
* Demonstrated experience leading full-cycle change management projects in the NSW Government sector.
* Deep understanding of NSW Government change frameworks, policies, and industrial relations.
* Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to advise and influence at CEO and executive levels.
* Proven ability to manage confidential restructuring programs with clarity and precision.
* Experience using SAP and translating data insights into compelling change narratives.
