**About the Role**
In this role you will be providing and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness to all areas of the Theatres as directed in line with infection control guidelines whilst delivering excellent customer service to both internal and external customers. This can range from general cleaning of Theatre surfaces and environment to the process cleaning of linen materials and other items.
**About you**
To succeed in this role, you will bring exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage your time operating in a fast-paced environment.
**You will also bring;**
- Prior experience in a housekeeping role within a hospital, aged care facility or hotel environment
- Auto scrubber and floor polisher experience
- A commitment to seeing tasks through to completion
- Understanding of infection control and manual handling procedures
- Ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment
- Ability to follow safe work instructions for use of equipment such as heavy lifters for the transportation of bulk linen and waste
- Various shifts from morning, evening and Overnight shift with a 10pm start
**Remuneration**
**$ 25.75 - $28.61** + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
