The Role:
This is a fast-paced role with career progression and growth. This could also suit a residential Sales Agent looking for a career shift. Your duties will consist of but will not be limited to:
* Taking buyer briefs from clients
* Managing client database
* Liaising with sales agents and staying in the loop of the marketing
* Sourcing off-market properties
* Handling email and telephone enquiries
* Assisting with administration and document execution
* Attending property inspections
* Negotiation
* Purchasing properties on behalf of buyers
The Candidate:
* Current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration
* Experience as a Buyers Agent or residential Sales Agent
* Sharp, savvy, and hungry for success
* Strong communication skills both written and verbal
* Thorough understanding of the Queensland market (Brisbane)
* Ability to build long‐lasting client relationships
