Registered Nurse Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Cossington Ward. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working closely with the multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver evidenced-based nursing care to patients.
* Liaise with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
* Ensure patient and staff safety by following established protocols and guidelines.
* Supervise and direct nursing staff members to deliver patient care effectively.
* Provide education and support to individuals/patients on managing their health recovery, rehabilitation or end-of-life needs.
Requirements:
* Current registration with AHPRA is mandatory.
* Commitment to quality patient care and adherence to ACQSHC National standards.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
* Able to work well independently and within a team environment.
