Motorcycle Sales and Customer Service Representative Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and committed individual to join our store as a Motorcycle Sales and Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for contributing to the sales and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of the store, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining shop presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain a safe working environment for yourself, your teammates, and customers
* Contribute to the sales and KPIs of the store by identifying opportunities and implementing effective strategies
* Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration skills
* Provide superior, up-to-date information on products and services to customers
* Maintain shop presentation and ensure shelving is stocked
* Clean and maintain showroom standards
* Show commitment and reliability to shifts
* Have a passion or interest in motorcycles
Requirements:

* You have existing retail work experience and are a motorcycle enthusiast

* Availability across a 7-day roster is an advantage
