We are seeking a motivated and professional Part-Time Legal Receptionist / Administration Assistant to join our supportive team 3 days per week. Key Responsibilities
* Client Relations: Act as the first point of contact, answering incoming calls and assisting with client enquiries with empathy and professionalism.
* Diary Management: Arranging and confirming client appointments and managing staff schedules.
* Administration Support: Assisting with file management, including opening/closing files, filing, and photocopying.
* Document Preparation: Preparing legal correspondence and specific estate documents under supervision.
* Office Operations: Handling incoming/outgoing mail and ensuring the reception area remains tidy and professional.

* Exceptional Communication: A professional phone manner and the ability to communicate clearly with diverse clients.
