About the Role:
Kehoe Myers Consulting Engineers are seeking a Civil Designer/Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with civil engineering experience, and Civil3D software knowledge. The role will primarily be working in the Structural team on site civil works and stormwater drainage for building projects. You'll be working on diverse projects, delivering high quality solutions, and contributing to our collaborative environment.
Location:
Our main office is in Toowoomba; however, this role can be based in Brisbane working alongside one of our Senior Engineers/Associates who is also based in Brisbane.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage civil design and engineering components of projects.
* Prepare and review detailed designs and documentation.
* Collaborate with architects, builders, and other engineers for seamless project delivery.
* Mentor and guide junior team members.
* Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Skills & Experience:
* Experience in Civil Engineering aspects of building projects with Civil3D software knowledge preferable.
* Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools.
* Hydraulic design and Revit MEP experience advantageous.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high quality work.
* Understanding of Australian engineering standards and regulations.
* Driver's License.
