We are seeking a dynamic Partnerships Manager to identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships that support our mission. This is a pivotal role where you'll drive revenue growth, strengthen community engagement, and deliver meaningful health impact.

We're looking for someone who is:
* Experienced in partnership management, business development, or fundraising
* Skilled in building strong relationships and negotiating win–win outcomes
* Results-driven, with proven success in delivering measurable revenue, engagement, or social impact
* A confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
* Organised, adaptable, and resilient, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Experienced in the health, education, or not-for-profit sector (desirable)
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Philanthropy, Corporate & Community Engagement with one direct report, the Partnership Manager will:
* Identify and recommend new partnerships with corporates, community groups, and educational institutions
* Manage and nurture existing partner relationships to maximise value and engagement
* Support the design and delivery of partnership activations, campaigns, and events
* Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership activities with fundraising and educational goals
* Track, measure, and report on partnership outcomes including revenue, engagement, and health impact metrics
* Develop proposals, presentations, and reports for prospective and current partners
* Represent THRF Group at external meetings, events, and networking opportunities
* Promote and uphold THRF Group's Code of Conduct and positive workplace culture
