Job Description
The Support Coordinator will play a vital role in assisting individuals with NDIS plans to achieve greater independence.
* Build strong relationships with participants, families and service providers
* Drive as required to visit participants
* Negotiate with providers on behalf of participants
* Work closely with the participant to coordinate their plan
Key Responsibilities
* Assess individual needs and identify necessary services and supports
* Work with billable hours and targets
* Ensure service agreements are completed
Requirements
To be successful in this role you will need:
* Experience working with the NDIS and understanding of NDIS plans and budgets
* High level administration experience, compliance capabilities and IT skills
* Ability to motivate and build rapport with participants, families and service providers
* Business mindset and customer service focus
* Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
