About the Role:
As a leader, you'll play a key role in supporting the Site Manager with the day-to-day operations of the site. You'll lead by example, inspire your team, and ensure every customer leaves with a smile Your responsibilities will include:
* Mentoring and training team members to deliver outstanding service
* Maintaining high standards with store presentation and cleanliness
* Assisting with rostering to meet operational needs
* Managing food preparation and handling in line with safety standards
* Meeting store budgets and KPIs
* Merchandising and stock rotation with creativity and precision
About You:
To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
* A passion for customer service and team leadership
* Outstanding communication skills – both written and verbal
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset
* This position involves manual handling duties, requiring the ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20kg and 16kg regularly, in accordance with safe work practices
* Flexibility to work Open shifts from Sunday to Thursday
* Adaptable and confident in using technology
* Due to restriction/requirements on the sale of particular products, all applicants must be 18 years or older at commencement.
