Role Overview
As a Senior Relationship Manager, you’ll manage a portfolio of diversified industry clients, driving growth through acquisition, cross-selling, and referrals. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and product specialists to deliver tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Understand client business and financial needs
* Provide tailored banking solutions
* Collaborate with product partners to structure deals
* Drive new-to-bank business and portfolio growth
* Manage credit risk and exercise credit approval discretion
* Coach and develop an Assistant Manager
Skills & Experience:
* Proven relationship management experience
* Strong commercial acumen and critical thinking
* Expertise in credit assessment and portfolio management
* Ability to identify and deliver customer solutions
* Business development and networking skills
* Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements
