About you:
* Suitable trade qualifications at a minimum.
* Strong knowledge of manufacturing elements such as fabrication, machining, hydraulics, maintenance, assembly, etc.
* Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
* Previous experience in leading and managing a team.
* Productivity focused, with a no-compromise approach to safety.
* Skilled with planning and time management, and overall leadership.
* Determined.
What you will be doing:
* Ensuring that planned work output objectives are achieved.
* Developing, leading and managing your team.
* Managing breakdown, predictive and preventative maintenance.
* Conducting regular meeting and liaising with other departments.
* Contributing to the hiring, training, retention process.
* Playing a key role in growing a positive, productive and supportive team culture.
* Implementing systems, processes and C.I. activities.
* Other tasks as defined by business needs.
