Risk Management Specialist
As a seasoned professional in risk management, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and developing project risk management frameworks and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain comprehensive risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks
* Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, engagement managers, business directors, and teams to ensure effective collaboration and communication
* Collaborate with teams to develop and implement engagement risk management plans, facilitate technical risk workshops, and maintain accurate risk registers
* Facilitate the development of contingency assessments for capital expenditures and schedule throughout various project phases
* Communicate and train team members on risk management processes and procedures to foster a culture of risk awareness
* Participate in project setup and closure reviews, gate reviews, quality audits, risk management independent reviews, and provide recommendations for improvement
* Assist the Global Director, Risk Management, in developing risk management procedures and functional guides
* Track metrics to demonstrate a cultural acceptance of risk management within the organization
