We're seeking a Workplace Experience Concierge to join our Property Management team at a leading health precinct. This is a people-focused role where no two days are the same. From welcoming tenants and visitors, to coordinating events and supporting facilities, you'll play a key role in shaping the day-to-day experience of the community. What you'll be doing - Be the first point of contact for tenants, visitors and the community - always approachable, professional and welcoming - Maintain a polished and vibrant lobby, ensuring it reflects the identity of the precinct - Coordinate concierge services such as visitor management, transport bookings, dry cleaning, catering and local recommendations - Plan and deliver lobby activations, events and seasonal experiences that build community connection - Support the property and facilities team with inspections, contractor access and day-to-day coordination What we're looking for - A confident communicator who thrives in a front-facing role and enjoys building rapport - Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities - A keen eye for detail and pride in delivering exceptional service - Previous experience in hospitality, concierge, customer experience or facilities coordination - Experience in placemaking / marketing desirable - Interest or experience in health and digital innovation will be highly regarded Why CBRE ISPT?
