Overview
As a casual educator at our Outside School Hours Care program, you will be part of a growing team who deliver high-quality after-school programs for school-aged children, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment and creating inclusive recreational and educational experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and implement a fun, safe and engaging program that adheres to laws, regulations and learning frameworks.
Build positive relationships with your team, children and families, and collaborate to ensure the best outcomes for our children and families.
Provide nurturing care and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for school-aged children.
Work with your OSHC Service Leader and team to deliver high-quality education and care.
About You
You have an enthusiastic, engaging approach to childcare, with the ability to form positive relationships with children and team members. Ideally you have experience in early childhood or a related role. You are a good communicator, can plan and implement a fun & safe program, and are dedicated to the wellbeing and learning of children.
Qualifications
Willingness to obtain or current copies of first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis and asthma certificates and a Working with Children check.
Equivalent qualifications such as a Bachelor of Arts, Science or a Diploma of Early Childhood Education, or other pathway of your choice.
