Job Title:
Rental Coordinator
A highly motivated and experienced professional is required to manage fleet availability, provide exceptional customer service, and complete pre and post-rental procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and track fleet availability to ensure timely delivery and collection of vehicles.
* Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues that may arise.
* Complete pre and post-rental procedures, including inspecting returned vehicles and completing necessary reports.
* Liaise with the Regional Manager and National Sales team members for major customer interactions and transactions.
* Perform administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, tourism, or administration.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to learn, understand, and effectively sell products and services.
* Sound computer literacy skills.
* Licence to drive manual vehicles (C class).
* Knowledge of the vehicle industry and/or rental industry an advantage.
