Success Factors Functional Consultant – NSW Government – Day Rate: Up to $1,145 – ASAP - 30th June – Hybrid: Sydney & WFH – SAP Success Factors
Responsibilities
- Lead the entire project lifecycle for an SAP Success Factors implementation, managing all functional activities from initial discovery and design to configuration and go-live. This role focuses on the recruitment, onboarding, and payroll modules for a key NSW government client.
- Provide expert advice on SAP Success Factors modules, especially recruitment and onboarding.
- Identify opportunities to optimize and enhance HR business processes using Success Factors functionality.
- Provide ongoing functional support, troubleshooting issues, and managing system updates.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with an array of stakeholders including external SI partners.
Desirable experience
- Participating in the full project life cycle for multiple Success Factors projects.
- Public sector experience would be advantageous but not essential.
