Lifestyle Management Couple Kaduna Park (live in the community)
Lifestyle Communities is seeking a dedicated Lifestyle Management Couple to join our community at Kaduna Park. As a full-time live-in role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the day-to-day operations and experience of our thriving community. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our valued Homeowners.
What you'll be doing together
* Continuously working to empower our homeowners by facilitating them to make active decisions, providing exceptional customer service, and addressing any concerns
* Collaborating with the wider Lifestyle Communities experience team to implement strategies that enhance the homeowner experience
* Overseeing the smooth running of the community, ensuring all amenities and services are provided to a high standard
* Facilities Management - oversee day-to-day maintenance and preventative maintenance of the community, including the common areas, facilities, gardens, parking areas, roadway, etc.
* Organising and facilitating social activities and events to foster a vibrant community atmosphere
* Maintaining accurate records and reporting on the community's performance
* Ensuring the community adheres to all relevant health, safety, and compliance regulations
What we're looking for
* A couple with proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality, tourism, or independent living industry
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hospitality, tourism, or independent living industry is advantageous
* Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our homeowners
* Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail
* Strong problem-solving skills and the flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances
* A genuine passion for enhancing the lives of older adults and a commitment to promoting an active, inclusive community
