With a strong operational footprint and iconic brands, they offer a collaborative, commercially minded culture where HR is valued and empowered to lead.Job Description Act as the sole HR Advisor across 18 branches and 1000+ staff Partner with senior leaders and Dealer Principals to deliver strategic HR advice and solutions Manage workforce planning, recruitment, on-boarding, and induction processes Oversee contracts, employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management Develop and implement HR policies aligned with business objectives Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and culture Supervise and support the Payroll & HR Officer, including leave coverage Ensure compliance with employment legislation and industry standards Identify and execute training and development programs across the business Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to inform executive decision-making Contribute to change management efforts during growth or restructure The Successful Applicant Formal qualifications in Human Resources.
Experienced HR Business Partner or Manager with strong generalist capability.
Expertise in HR operations and strategy with a pragmatic and commercially minded approach.
Strong knowledge of Australian workplace laws and regulations.
Proven experience in managing employee relations and HR projects.
Proven track record of advising senior stakeholders and working autonomously.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
The ability to adapt to a fast-paced and collaborative work environment.
Automotive or similar industry experience preferred.
