The organization prioritizes child safety and requires mandatory training. Those selected will have the opportunity to work flexible shifts including sleepovers but must be willing to negotiate suitable dates/times. A Certificate III qualification is necessary for this position.
A high level of physical fitness may also be advantageous as the role can involve mobility between sites or locations.
