This is a great opportunity to be part of the world’s largest bulk export port authority, encompassing the operating ports of Ashburton, Dampier, Port Hedland and Varanus Island, and five future port sites. You will be responsible for supporting Pilbara Ports’ commitment to safe, inclusive, and high-performing workplaces by delivering integrated injury management outcomes through proactive case management, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement. The role works closely with Safety, EGMs, and divisional leaders to ensure consistent and compliant practices. It is accountable for driving return-to-work performance, maintaining legislative and ISO compliance, enhancing manager capability in injury prevention and rehabilitation, and contributing to broader People and Capability initiatives including diversity, wellbeing, and employee engagement.
About You

Your knowledge in formal employee relations, including working knowledge of Fair Work Act, workers compensation and injury management legislation will contribute to your success in this role.
