The Role
We are seeking a Civil Drafter to join our team.
As an active member of the civil design team you will be responsible for:
* Design and delivery of civil documentation for a wide range of project types including residential, commercial, industrial, health and education projects.
* Utilising your knowledge and expertise in AutoCAD and design principals to contribute to the civil design process.
* Working as part of a team with minimal supervision to produce design and documentation of a high standard to Company and industry standards.
* Communicating with team members and other consultants in a clear, confident and proactive manner.
What we are looking for
To be considered for the role applicants would need to demonstrate the following qualifications, experience and skills:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a relevant industry or sector.
* A high level of proficiency in AutoCAD
* Experience in the design of a variety of residential, commercial and industrial projects, and a strong knowledge of relevant standards and codes.
* Strong knowledge of local authority standards and requirements (UU, UW, ICC, BCC)
* Sound professional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Key project team member essential to the delivery of results.
