Overview
Be the backbone of a high-performing sales team. We are partnering with a well-established and growing business to recruit a highly organised and commercially minded Sales Support Coordinator to support its sales function and leadership team.
This is a key role responsible for sales reporting, CRM management, coordinating meetings, and ensuring the sales team operates efficiently. You will work closely with senior leadership and play a direct role in supporting sales performance and business growth.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with spreadsheets, managing data, and bringing structure and organisation to a busy sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Support execution of the sales strategy through KPI tracking, target list management, and performance reporting weekly and monthly.
* Own Sales and BDM meeting cadence, preparation, attendance, and follow-up
* Manage the Sales Pipeline (Sales and BDM), reporting, and CRM data integrity
* Provide structured executive support to the Sales Director and Leadership team
* Identify and proactively raise gaps, risks, or inefficiencies in systems and processes
* Oversee and drive implementation of new platforms and Software/CRM
* Build and maintain sales operations templates, workflows, and systems/processes
* Support marketing, events, inbound enquiries, and website lead processes
* Oversee client and architect samples and related sales support activity
* Prepare and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and spreadsheets
* Coordinate sales meetings, agendas, and follow-up actions
* Support the Sales Director and leadership team with reporting and administration
* Assist with tracking KPIs, sales performance, and forecasts
* Improve systems, templates, and internal sales processes
* Provide general sales and administrative support to the wider team

* Sales process exposure beneficial but not essential
Role Fit
This role is well suited to someone with experience in systematizing and operationalising teams, who is comfortable interfacing across a business at management and executive level.
You bring experience supporting the operation of sales and delivery-focused teams, providing structure, cadence, and discipline to how teams function and perform. Direct sales or marketing experience is not required—the value of this role lies in process ownership, coordination, execution discipline, and operational rigour, not selling or strategy.
Construction industry experience is beneficial but not essential.
