Job Description
The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the upkeep and maintenance of independent living units, focusing on safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintenance tasks involving gardening and grounds upkeep
* Regular repair and preventative maintenance of buildings, equipment, and furniture
* Effective liaison with contractors for smooth project execution
* Identifying areas for improvement and submitting recommendations
* Assisting in addressing health and safety issues
Required Skills & Qualifications
This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent time management abilities, and exceptional communication skills. A compassionate and flexible approach is also essential. Previous experience in maintenance or a trade background is beneficial but not mandatory.
