About the Opportunity
Our client is seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major 12-month scheme in Southampton.
The project combines major refurbishment, multi-rise residential fit-out, multi-rise demolition and remediation, and full residential refurbishment.
This position is ideal for a leader with a track record of managing complex, multi-stage residential or high-rise schemes and driving successful project outcomes.

Role Responsibilities
Lead the project from pre-construction through delivery and handover
Manage programme, cost, safety, and quality controls
Manage subcontractors, consultants, and supply-chain performance
Maintain strong client communication and stakeholder management
Ensure project milestones, budgets, and compliance targets are achieved
Oversee risk management, reporting, and project planning activities
Requirements
Strong background in multi-rise residential or refurbishment projects
Experience overseeing demolition, remediation, and complex phased works
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
Available for a long-term contract in Southampton
Open to freelance or PAYE engagement
