We’re looking for a confident, capable, and detail-obsessed Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a leading Liquor Division in a fast-paced, high-performing environment on a 6 month FTC. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on precision, is comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, and brings a proactive, solutions-focused mindset to everything they do.
You’ll work closely with the CEO and her direct leadership team, providing seamless support across diary management, executive communications, travel, and day-to-day operations. This is a high-trust, high-visibility role that requires confidence, emotional intelligence, and the ability to represent the CEO both internally and externally.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Manage a complex and ever-shifting executive calendar, including prioritisation of meetings across business units and senior stakeholders
* Coordinate national travel, accommodation, and logistics using third-party travel providers and systems like SAP Concur
* Prepare polished agendas, briefing packs, and high-quality PowerPoint presentations for executive meetings and forums
* Be a direct liaison with senior leaders, including the GM of People & Culture and other functional heads, comfortable picking up the phone and driving conversations forward
* Process expenses, approvals, and invoices efficiently and accurately
* Support the wider leadership team with planning, logistics, and internal event coordination
* Ensure seamless onboarding of new leadership hires and maintain smooth office and team operations
What We’re Looking For
* 5+ years' experience supporting senior executives, ideally within retail, FMCG, or large corporate environments
* Impeccable attention to detail, you notice the little things and aren’t afraid to call them out
* A natural relationship builder with confidence and clarity in communication
* High emotional intelligence, discretion, and the ability to work independently while staying closely aligned with executive priorities
* Strong MS Office skills and experience with systems such as SAP and Concur
* A strong sense of initiative, you're always thinking one step ahead
