The Role
This is a commercially important role within our Growth team.
You will spend much of your time identifying, pursuing and converting new business opportunities, while also nurturing and expanding key partner relationships.
* Identify and convert new corporate partnership opportunities
* Build relationships with C suite executives and senior decision makers
* Develop tailored proposals that deliver genuine value for money outcomes
* Lead presentations, negotiations and deal structuring
* Proactively generate leads through outreach, LinkedIn and industry events
* Manage and grow existing accounts to maximise retention and expansion
* Measure sales effectiveness and refine strategy based on results
* Collaborate across teams to deliver commercially strong and aligned partnerships
Who We Are Looking For
You are relationship driven and commercially sharp.
* Have 5 or more years' experience in commercial management within a major sporting organisation
* Bring a strong personal network of corporate decision makers
* Can clearly articulate commercial value, not just assets
* Feel confident engaging senior stakeholders
* Think in terms of revenue, margin and sustainable growth
* Balance new business drive with thoughtful account management
* Are organised, proactive and attentive to detail
* Contribute positively to the team around you
