Currently we are looking for a Customer Service Representative - Logistics for our client that is a logistics company in Sydney. The position entails providing support to the Operation and Sales team with professional and efficient communication in assisting with clients enquires and with office support.
**Key activities**:
- Providing comprehensive customer service to clients
- Negotiate price with the suppliers
- Quote preparation (air, ocean, off-shore shipment, 3PLm domestic/interstate transport)
- Support and work with our dynamic sales team
- Maintaining existing customers
- Dealing with clients complaints and inquiries
- Assisting with reception and answering phone calls
- Other tasks requested by your manager and the company
