Job Title: Chief Technology Applications Leader

* Assume a senior leadership role to oversee and manage the application support team, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability of enterprise applications.
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance support efficiency using AI-driven tools.
* Own end-to-end performance, reliability, and usability of key business applications, driving alignment with business needs across diverse industries and locations.
* Direct the support, maintenance, and optimization of ERP systems, leveraging expertise in business processes and application architecture.
* Lead the management of HR platforms, including SAP SuccessFactors, to streamline HR processes and enhance employee engagement.
* Oversee application-related projects, including ERP implementations, upgrades, and enhancements, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline while incorporating AI technologies.
* Manage the resolution of application issues through effective incident management and proactive issue prediction utilizing AI analytics.
* Negotiate relationships with application vendors and service providers.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Minimum 7+ years of experience in IT application support, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
* Extensive knowledge of business processes across finance, operations, and HR, with the ability to align applications with business needs.
* Proven experience in project management and implementation of ERP systems, including SAP, JobPac, Sage, and Timberline.
* Knowledge of application architecture, system integrations, and IT infrastructure fundamentals.
* Experience with AI technologies or tools for enhancing application support, process efficiency, or productivity is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with ITIL or similar frameworks for application support and service management.
* Knowledge of cloud-based application support and modern integration.
