**What you will do**
This exciting 9-month Fixed-Term Contract role supports our Chief Commercial Officer, Paul Harker. This opportunity will be varied with no two days the same. You will play a vital role in a true business partnership providing confidential support to one of our senior leaders.
- Providing complex diary management, meeting coordination and prioritisation
- Providing all levels of administrative support, including document preparation
- Provide administration support to the wider leadership team (as required)
- Forward-thinking/planning and scheduling of travel & events across calendars
- Create information/presentation packs for use in meetings & presentations
**Who we're looking for**
You're passionate about providing a high level of administrative support. You're proactive with lots of initiative and can collaborate with different teams to drive outcomes. You have a naturally engaging style with the ability to build relationships with your stakeholders.
**You will also have:
- Extensive experience providing EA support to senior leaders
- Experience supporting executives within a large complex and highly matrixed environment
- High level of integrity/confidentiality
- Ability to multitask and be flexible with priority of work, knowing what takes priority, what can be handled directly and when to escalate
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience creating informative presentation packs
