We seek motivated Casual Online Customer Service Assistants who have a passion for Motorcycling to join our Online team out of Lynbrook store.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to sales performance of the store;
* Provide superior information on products, services and orders to customers
* Deliver excellent customer service building customer relationships ensuring AMX Online is their first source of supply.
* Pick/pack/dispatching goods ensuring accuracy and security;
* Work efficiently to meet strict timeframes;
* Complete administration duties in an accurate manner;
* Maintain warehouse presentation and housekeeping.
Requirements:
* Multi-tasking and prioritisation skills;
* Availability to work weekends or as required;
* Customer-focused attitude working well within teams;
* Comfortable liaising and building relationships with customers;
* Passion for motorcycle industry;
* Ability to work over Christmas/New Year period;
* Reliability, punctuality and honesty;
* Self-motivation and hardworking nature;
* Effective communication and teamwork skills;
* Sound computer skills and good attention to detail;
* Well-developed numeracy and literacy skills;
* Availability for 7 Days a week.
