You will be working in our new head office located in Fortitude Valley, with your pervious experience working with in the finance space you will be looking to test yourself within a new environment - make a name for yourself and achieve both your professional and personal goals.
**What will your day look like?**
- Accounts payable month-end close and reporting requirements
- Purchase to pay system processing and management
- Batching, reconciling and arranging payments of accounts
- Data entry of exception invoices into invoicing system
- Maintaining the accounts payable manual and supplier accounts through internal systems
- Using Basware and Finance 1 programs
- Timely and accurate processing of superannuation and contractors payments
