**Administration Officer**

**Salary**: Clerk Grade 3/4, $82,193 - $90,001 pa, plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading
**Your role**
- The Administrative Officer plays a critical role within the Security team, supporting the operational efficiency of the team by providing a range of administrative and support services. Working closely with the Senior Manager (Security), the Administration Officer helps ensure the smooth functioning of the Security program, contributing to DCJ's mission of fostering safe, inclusive, and resilient communities.
**What you'll do**
- As part of the Security team within Infrastructure and Assets division, on a day-to-day basis, the Administrative Officer will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including managing records, preparing routine correspondence, and coordinating meetings and events. The role also involves processing financial transactions, handling inquiries, and updating and maintaining accurate records and databases. These duties are key to supporting the team's operational needs and ensuring that all activities are carried out in line with organisational standards and timeframes.
